You must be at least 13 years old to use ThinkLock. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ThinkLock offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Basic and Pro). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Sparks are ThinkLock's in-app virtual currency. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, and are forfeited if your account is closed.
You agree not to cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in multiplayer modes. Abuse of other users, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the platform may result in account termination.
All content in ThinkLock — including games, graphics, and the Soma mascot — is owned by ThinkLock, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.
ThinkLock is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkLock, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
